All About Chantelle

One evening a couple weeks ago, Daniel and I had the house to ourselves.  We had a really great time just sitting around talking and then I offered to give him a Reiki treatment.  For forty five minutes magical healing energy went into his body and it was awesome.  We were both so blissed out by the end that we just sat in the hallway talking more about how wonderful the Universe is.

At that point, we noticed that Chantelle had came around.  She's been scarce around the house lately.  We think the neighbours also feed her.  When she does show up she doesn't like to be held or pet, she mostly just likes to holler, eat and run.  Animals are very energy sensitive, however, so she made her way upstairs and put herself directly in-between myself and Daniel.  We gave her some love and she was massively content and quiet.

She was so happy to just curl up on Daniel's feet.

She slept quietly in the house the entire night.  And she was around in the morning for breakfast, too.  It was neat in that it was not normal for her to be so loving and available.  She's up to her old tricks again of disappearing for a couple days, yet we know she's out there, as we can sometimes hear her howling from some far off distance.  She gets scared around Simon's dog, too, as they are not yet friends and he wants to chase her.  There's love and food here for her though, so when she decides she's ready -as is the life of a cat- we shall endeavour to share that with her.
