Baking Daniel

I don't know what this looks like to you; it's cake. Daniel made a healthy sugar free, nearly vegan chocolate cake. It is delicious. I told him he had to wait until it was cool before he frosted it, alas, he just couldn't! So it's a bit melted, ha! No complaints here, I *love* when Daniel bakes.
