Last night, Harry's dad and brother came over for pizza and cheesecake to celebrate the little one turning ten. When everyone was talking and laughing, I found myself slightly lost in the conversation due to their accents. One on one conversations are not usually difficult for me down here, but being around people who are used to each other, their speech became something of a mystery to me.
So I sat quietly, and happily eating my pizza and salad, and in general enjoying being around a loud family. I ran quickly to my room to grab the camera while everyone was singing the birthday song so I could get a snap of Harry blowing out his candles. It was a good evening.
He picked this cheesecake; it was very rich and Daniel finished my piece.
